Peter Kuri is an associate in the Corporate department and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He advises banking organizations, non-bank financial institutions, financial technology companies, and their investors on a wide range of transactional, regulatory, and enforcement matters.

Mr. Kuri received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2023, where he completed a concentration in Business & Finance Law and was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies from American University in 2020.
