Olivier Souleres is Of Counsel in the Corporate department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on public and private company transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. He advises clients across a wide variety of industries. Olivier also regularly represents investment banks in connection with financial advisory assignments.
