Neda Dadpey is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice primarily focuses on complex patent, trademark, and other IP-related litigation matters. Her matters have involved a broad range of technologies in the high tech and life sciences sectors. She also has significant experience prosecuting utility and design patent applications.

Ms. Dadpey received her JD from University of Maryland Francis King Carey Law School and was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business and Technology Law. She earned a BS degree in Biochemistry from Temple University. She is a member of the New York Bar
