Michelle Yang is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Michelle concentrates her practice on representing underwriters, issuers, collateral managers, and investors in both broadly syndicated and middle-market collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other structured products. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Michelle worked at another global firm in New York and as in-house counsel for fintechs based out of California.

Michelle received her law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2018 and is admitted in both New York and California.
