Mia Zhang is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm's Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and finance transactions. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at another international law firm.

Ms. Zhang received her J.D. (cum laude) from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2020 and her LL.M. from the University of Virginia in 2013. She received her LL.B. and LL.M. from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2011 and 2014, respectively.
