Mr. Farnum is an associate in the Real Estate practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Mr. Farnum represents major financial institutions, real estate developers, and other institutional investors on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and corporate finance matters. His practice includes representing clients in connection with corporate credit facilities, preferred equity investments, capital commitment-backed subscription facilities, commercial mortgage loans, and acquisitions.

Mr. Farnum received his law degree (cum laude) from Cornell Law School in 2020, where he served as a Note Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy and as a Managing Editor for the LII Supreme Court Bulletin. He earned a B.A. (magna cum laude) in History and Philosophy from Boston College in 2015.
