Dr. Maren Abraham is an associate in the Paul Hastings Frankfurt office and joined the firm in 2024. Previously, she worked for a magic circle law firm in the corporate/M&A and capital markets departments and a US law firm in the regulatory/asset management department.

She focuses on all aspects of German business and corporate law as well as capital markets law and advises corporate clients, private equity and venture capital funds as well as other financial investors on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public takeovers and corporate reorganizations and corporate clients, investors and banks on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
