Madeline Sullivan is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets practice and is based in the firm’s Houston office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Ms. Sullivan has represented public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and public and private capital markets transactions.

Ms. Sullivan received her law degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 2021, where she served as a staff editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law and a member of the Texas Business Law Society. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2018. Ms. Sullivan is admitted to practice law in Texas.
