Lily Hunter is an associate in the Energy practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She provides counsel on a broad range of energy regulatory and transactional matters, focusing specifically on renewable energy projects.

Lily graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2024 with a J.D. and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law. During law school, she worked as a summer associate at a multinational law firm in Tokyo, Japan, and studied at Leiden University in The Hague. Prior to law school, she taught English in Tokushima, Japan. She graduated from Amherst College in 2019 with a B.A. in Political Science. Lily is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
