Lebo Latakgomo is an associate in the Leveraged Finance practice of the Corporate department in the London office of Paul Hastings. Lebo has advised various international corporate borrowers and lender financial institutions in connection with, amongst others, syndicated facilities, cross-border acquisition finance, leveraged finance, refinancing, restructuring and debt capital market transactions. Lebo previously worked in the Banking & Finance: General Finance department of a law firm in South Africa.
