John Fluharty is an associate in the Structured Credit practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on securitization and structured finance, with an emphasis on structured credit products and collateralized loan obligation transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, John represented multinational companies and investment banks in connection with securities offerings and other capital markets transactions.

John received his law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law and earned an M.Phil from the University of Oxford, an M.A. from University College London and an M.A. (honors) from the University of St Andrews.
