Jiten Tank is a Partner in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. He has a broad range of experience which includes providing tax advice in connection with the structuring of financial products and working on transactional matters. His areas of focus include lending, real estate finance, structuring joint venture companies, and sales and acquisitions. His practice is truly international and a significant majority of his work has a cross-border element. He also has experience in indirect (VAT, stamp duty, SDRT) planning, particularly in the context of financial and real estate transactions.

- Represented Deutsche Bank in connection with Blackstone Group's £480 million acquisition of Chiswick Park
- Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. on its US$310 Million Acquisition of the handset connectivity and location development operations from London-listed Cambridge Silicon Radio Limited and the related subscription by Samsung for a 4.9% equity stake in CSR plc
- Represented Deutsche Bank on a £210 million CMBS of a single loan backed by the Merry Hill Shopping Centre, the fourth largest shopping centre in the UK
- A large financial institution in establishing its stock lending desk and, in particular, on the tax implications under the Global Master Securities Lending Agreement 2010
