Haris Ahmed is an associate in the Leveraged Finance practice of the Corporate department in the London office of Paul Hastings. Haris has advised various financial institutions in connection with, amongst other things, unitranche loans, HoldCo PIK loans, senior/super senior loans and note purchases for the purposes of, amongst other things, acquisitions and refinancings. Haris trained at a Magic Circle law firm spending time in both the Dubai and London offices as well as working previously in the London office of a US headquartered law firm.
