Daniel Jun is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate governance issues.

Mr. Jun received his law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2023, where he served as an Articles Content Editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (summa cum laude) degree in Economics from the University of Southern California in 2019. Mr. Jun is admitted to practice law in California.
