Cole Renicker is an associate in the Global Finance practice. His practice focuses on the representation of banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers in domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, including sponsored acquisition financings, syndicated senior loans, mezzanine and other subordinated financings, asset-based credit facilities, and private placements.
