Chris Warren is an associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s San Diego office. His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters.

Chris received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, served as the administrative vice chair of the Hale Moot Court Board and competed on the National Moot Court Team. During law school, he also externed for the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Chris also holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Chris is admitted to practice law in California.
