Overview

Catherine Gokah is a partner in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Catherine has extensive experience advising fund sponsors with respect to the formation and operation of private investment funds across multiple asset classes, with a focus on infrastructure and real estate as well as advising on carried interest arrangements and secondaries transactions. Catherine also advises clients on a variety of bespoke transactions and arrangements, including separately managed accounts, co-investment programs and liquidity solutions transactions. She is recognized by clients as “an extremely proficient funds lawyer whose strong understanding of funds contracts and focus and determination to deliver client goals is unwavering.”
