Capucine Chareton is an associate in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Paris office.

Capucine Chareton works alongside French and international companies, as well as private equity funds. Her practice focuses on general corporate taxation and tax structuring of M&A transactions. She also provides a day-to-day tax assistance for companies (including tax audits) and advises managers on the sale of their companies and on the implementation of incentives (management package).

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Capucine was a tax intern in several international law firms in Paris.
