Overview
Camille Paulhac is a partner and heads the Antitrust and Competition Department in Brussels and Paris. Mr Paulhac represents clients in contentious (cartels, abuse of dominance, follow-on actions) and non-contentious (merger control) matters before the European Commission (EC), the French Competition Authority (FCA), and European and French courts. Mr. Paulhac coordinates multi-jurisdictional cases before competition and foreign investment authorities around the world, across a number of sectors including tech, life science, digital, financial, aeronautical, and energy sectors.
