Auburn Wise is an associate in the Tax department and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on tax matters and tax incentives related to renewable energy projects. Ms. Wise has extensive experience advising clients on tax considerations of corporate transactions for various business entities. Ms. Wise received her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School and her LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She is permitted to practice law in Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii.
