Ariel Guerrero-Stewart is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Houston office. She represents direct lenders, alternative capital providers, commercial banks, publicly and privately held corporate borrowers and issuers, and private equity funds. Ms. Guerrero-Stewart has experience in a wide range of complex financing transactions, including, among others, direct lending, syndicated lending, acquisition financings and asset and reserve-based loans.

Ms. Guerrero-Stewart received her law degree from Stanford Law School in 2019. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Policy Studies from Rice University, cum laude, in 2015.

Ms. Guerrero-Stewart is admitted to practice law in Texas.
