Overview

Amanda Pober is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on all aspects of complex commercial litigation and white collar matters. Ms. Pober has substantial experience as a civil and criminal litigator and handles all phases of litigation, including pretrial, trial, and appellate motion practice. Ms. Pober has represented clients across industries in high stakes civil litigation matters in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings concerning contractual disputes, patent infringement, and tort claims. Ms. Pober has also represented individuals and corporations in internal and government investigations, as well as civil and criminal proceedings involving the DOJ and SEC, concerning allegations of wire fraud, securities fraud, insider trading, and market manipulation. 

Ms. Pober received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School (with high honors, Order of the Coif) in 2011, where she was a member of The George Washington Law Review and the GW Law Moot Court Board. She received her B.A. in Criminal Justice (summa cum laude) from The George Washington University in 2008. Ms. Pober is admitted to practice law in New York.
