Aliya Brown is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Her practice focuses on representing both lenders and borrowers in complex financings, including leveraged, specialty and asset-based and repo transactions.

Ms. Brown received her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Russian Language from the University of Michigan in 2017. Ms.  Brown is admitted to practice law in Illinois and the District of Columbia.
