Overview
Yiren Shen is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on capital market and venture capital transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Shen was an associate in another law firm’s Bay Area office, where she worked on cross-border venture capital deals and represented clients from both company and investor sides.
