Tori Simon is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on representing creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings, including official creditors' committees, ad hoc groups of lenders, hedge funds and private equity funds. 

Tori received her law degree from Duke University School of Law in 2024. During law school, she served as a staff editor on the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) in Sociology, with a minor in Political Science, from Tufts University in 2020.
