Tiffany Chan is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Tiffany's practice focuses on the representation of private fund sponsors and investors in all aspects of the structuring, documenting, offering, negotiating, and operating of private investment funds, including real estate, credit and private equity funds making investments, conducting operations, and raising capital on a global basis.

She also represents established institutional investors in connection with primary investments, co-investments and secondary transactions.
