Overview

Teresa Greider is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings, based in the Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on employment law litigation, including reasonable accommodation issues, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes and matters with minors working in entertainment.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Teresa served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Charles F. Eick, magistrate judge in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and a judicial extern to the Honorable Paul L. Abrams, magistrate judge in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Teresa is admitted to practice law in California.

Teresa earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2020. In law school, Teresa was an executive senior editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work from Asbury University in 2006.
