Shawn Kim is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets and Securities practice groups.

Ms. Kim received her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2023, where she served as a Content Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. Ms. Kim also served as a peer mentor and as co-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

Ms. Kim is admitted to practice law in California.
