Robert VanScoyoc is an Attorney in the Transactional Services Center of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Mr. VanScoyoc focuses exclusively on transactional due diligence and certain other transactional-based services. He currently supports the firm’s Real Estate practice.

Mr. VanScoyoc regularly performs transactional services including title, survey and zoning diligence and negotiations.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. VanScoyoc was a real estate transactional attorney at several firms in the Chicago area and in southeastern Wisconsin, and focused his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, condominium and subdivision development, and the law associated with the formation and operation of community associations.
