Nicole Donadio is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm's New York office.

Ms. Donadio has represented leading institutional investors, commercial banks, and other financial institutions as arrangers and lenders across a broad range of corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Donadio practiced as a corporate associate at another international law firm.

Ms. Donadio received her law degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2022, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Hofstra Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from SUNY Oneonta in 2019. Ms. Donadio is admitted to practice law in New York.
