- Representing NASDAQ in its trade mark and breach of confidence action against Finage Ltd, a UK company accused of unlawfully accessing and distributing financial data worth some $9.6 million.
- Representing a major cryptocurrency exchange in actions against various parties for breaching their contractual obligations regarding their use of the cryptocurrency exchange.
- Advising a major tech company on various IP, anti-trust, tax and regulatory implications for its proposed launch of a new product in 19 different jurisdictions.
- Working as part of a cross-jurisdictional team advising a major AI and tech company on aspects of a complex web of trade secret litigation, with proceedings before the Bermuda Supreme Court.
- Advising a leading life sciences client on a patent dispute regarding ownership of an extremely high value medical invention.
- Representing a cryptocurrency client in a trade mark infringement dispute regarding the use of “Keyless Wallet”.
- Advising pro bono clients on various IP issues including trade mark protection and enforcement, partnership agreements for joint initiatives and negotiating contracts for key promotional projects to boost customer engagement and awareness of key issues in the community.
