Overview
Sangyon (Monica) Han is an associate in the Global Finance practice group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions as lenders and underwriters across a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions.
Prior to law school, Ms. Han obtained her CPA license while working at Samsung C&T Corporation. Ms. Han was a member of CFO's office and Accounting team, where she was responsible for financial analysis, financial closing, as well as revenue and asset planning.
Ms. Han graduated with honors from the George Washington University Law School in 2023, where she served as Managing Editor of the George Washington International Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Yonsei University in 2012. Ms. Han is admitted to practice law in New York.
