Mike Marusak is an associate in the Fintech & Payment and Investigations & White Collar Defense practices and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Mike represents corporate and individual financial services clients in confidential federal and state investigations and related litigation (including those initiated by the CFPB, FTC, various state attorneys general, and other state agencies). Prior to law school, Mike worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC in New York, as an auditor of various financial services clients. Mike received his law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in 2017, graduating summa cum laude.
