Overview

Max Donald is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice and is based in the Dallas office. His practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial disputes. Mr. Donald has experience representing clients at the trial and appellate level in both federal and state court. He has represented individuals and businesses alike in commercial matters. His experience includes contributing to trial teams, conducting discovery, and motion practice.

Mr. Donald received his law degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2023, where he was a Notes and Comments Editor with the Tulane Law Review. During law school, he served as a Senior Fellow where he mentored first-year law students in legal research and writing. He also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court of Dallas County in 2021. Mr. Donald earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a minor in business from the University of Texas at Austin in 2019.
