Lauren Chambliss is a Senior Attorney in the Transactional Services Center of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. She focuses exclusively on transactional due diligence and certain other transactional-based services. She currently supports the firm’s Real Estate practice.

Lauren regularly performs transactional services including title, survey and zoning diligence and negotiations, lease abstracting, and negotiation and closing of asset onboarding transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Lauren was an Associate Attorney with McMichael and Gray, P.C. In this role, she facilitated residential and commercial real estate closing transactions, including drafting documents, performing title and survey due diligence and issuing title insurance policies.
