Kristen Casey is an associate in the Corporate practice based in the firm’s Century City office. Her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Kristen received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2021, where she graduated cum laude and served on the editorial board of Law and Contemporary Problems. Ms. Casey received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University, cum laude, in 2015. Prior to law school, she was a business strategy consultant, with a focus on operations capabilities. Kristen is admitted to practice law in California.
