Kirsten Singleton Watson is a Practice Innovation & Knowledge attorney based in the firm’s London office.

Ms. Singleton Watson leads the innovation and knowledge programs for the Energy & Infrastructure Group where she works closely with practice group leadership, attorneys and other professionals to identify knowledge and innovation needs and to develop and implement bespoke initiatives. Ms. Singleton Watson works on high-level knowledge initiatives assessing internal knowledge needs and identifying, organising and delivering internal knowledge to the attorneys in her practice area to further their efforts to provide the highest level of substantive legal advice to clients.

Ms. Singleton Watson has over 20 years’ legal experience in knowledge management and as an associate advising corporates, private equity houses and investment banks on the full spectrum of private and public M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
