Kelsey Massey is an associate in the Tax practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on a broad range of federal and international income taxation matters, with a particular emphasis on tax matters related to transactions, including the structuring and negotiation of taxable and tax-free acquisitions and divestitures. She also has experience counseling asset management clients on the structuring, formation and operations of private equity and hedge funds, including funds that focus on equity, debt and real estate.

Kelsey received her law degree from University of Virginia School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of another international law firm.
