Kelly Lersch is an associate in the Corporate department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Atlanta office. She is a member of the Global Fintech & Payments Group and focuses on the representation of financial institutions and other financial services companies in various transactional, regulatory, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Lersch received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2018, where she served on the Journal of Transnational Law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Art History from Vanderbilt University, cum laude, in 2014. She is admitted to practice law in Georgia.
