Overview

Kelli Hamilton is an associate in the Litigation Department and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Kelli is a generalist, but her work typically involves complex commercial litigation, arbitration and securities.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Kelli worked at a multinational law firm as a litigation legal assistant on a team that serves as international counsel to some of the largest technology companies in the world.

Kelli received her law degree from Stanford Law School in 2024. During law school, Kelli served as the Online Managing Editor of the Stanford Law Review and Treasurer of the Black Law Students Association. Kelli also received the Judge Thelton E. Henderson Prize for extraordinary performance as a student attorney in the Organizations & Transactions Clinic and participated in the Marion Rice Kirkwood Memorial Moot Court Competition. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA (magna cum laude). Kelli is admitted to practice law in California.
