Kedar Venkataramani is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings LLP and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the field of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Mr. Venkataramani received his law degree from Rutgers Law School in 2022, graduating cum laude and receiving the Rutgers Law School Award for Excellence in Intellectual Property. He was a Justice Morris Pashman Scholar and a Graduate fellow in the Eagleton Institute of Politics, working in the Office of Legislative Services in the New Jersey Statehouse. In law school, he served as the Senior Operations Editor for the Rutgers Law Record and as the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Mr. Venkataramani is active in the South Asian legal community, and has previously served on the board of the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
