  • Secured a complete victory for ResMed Inc. in seven IPRs of patents being asserted against the company in district court. The Board invalidated every instituted claim of the seven patents.
  • Represented Par Pharmaceuticals in a Paragraph IV patent infringement suit for its epinephrine injection drug, Adrenaline. The District Court upheld the validity of the formulation and method of treatment patents and found them infringed.
  • Represented AbbVie Inc. in several BPCIA litigations involving its top-selling monoclonal antibody Humira (adalimumab) against several major pharmaceutical companies intending to manufacture adalimumab biosimilars. All litigations were favorably settled.
  • Represented Eagle Pharmaceuticals in a patent infringement suit involving Bendeka (bendamustine). The litigation was favorably settled before trial.
  • Prepared an innovator pharmaceutical company for Paragraph IV patent litigation against thirteen potential generic ANDA filers.
