Dr. Johannes Hilpert is an associate based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. He focuses on all aspects of finance law, including acquisition finance, syndicated lending and financial restructuring, and advises banks, direct lenders, private equity investors and corporate clients on domestic and international transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Johannes worked for a magic circle law firm in the IP, Data & Tech department, and in the banking/finance department of a U.S. law firm.
