Dr. Johanna Mayer is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Paul Hastings and joined the firm in 2024. Previously, she worked for a major U.S. law firm in the real estate department.

She focuses on all aspects of German real estate law and advises national and international clients in connection with real estate transactions, in particular, the sale and purchase of real estate portfolios or individual properties, as well as in connection with commercial leases.
