Overview

James V. Razick is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.  His practice focuses on patent litigation, including in district court and before the ITC.  Mr. Razick has experience litigating patents related to many different technologies, including natural language processing, video transmission, and GPS devices, as well as pharmaceutical patents. This experience includes initial case management and strategy, discovery, trial, and appeal.

Mr. Razick is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
