James Pesavento is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Pesavento regularly represents financial institutions in working capital facilities, including cash flow and asset-based lending facilities, acquisition financings, and other lending transactions.

Mr. Pesavento received his law degree magna cum laude from Cornell Law School in 2018. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine in 2015. Mr. Pesavento is admitted to practice law in California.
