Jacob Massey is an associate in the Corporate M&A department of Paul Hastings and is based in the London office. He has a broad corporate practice, with a principal focus on private M&A (domestic and cross-border). His practice also covers, amongst other things, early stage investments, joint ventures, minority investments, management incentivisation, and general corporate governance.
