Henri Martin is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. He has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on both private and public mergers and acquisitions. His practice also covers private equity, joint ventures, investments, group restructurings, and general corporate and commercial advice. He has also spent time on secondment at Goldman Sachs, within the Asset Management Division.
