Giorgia Sosio de Rosa is a partner in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Giorgia advises a wide range of financial institutions in connection with private credit and syndicated deals. Giorgia focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance transactions across the capital structure, including senior, super senior, second lien, and PIK instruments.
