Fabiana Esposito-Parker is an Attorney in the Transactional Services Center of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Ms. Esposito-Parker focuses exclusively on transactional due diligence and certain other transactional-based services. She currently supports the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Leveraged Finance practices.

Ms. Esposito-Parker regularly performs transactional services including due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and finance transactions, large-scale non-disclosure agreement reviews, partnership agreements for fund formation matters, digital asset reviews for cryptocurrency matters, and Section 16 filings for capital market transactions.

Mrs. Esposito-Parker received her J.D. from The George Washington University and her B.A. from Harvard University, cum laude. She is licensed in Georgia.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings in 2016, Mrs. Esposito-Parker worked at a legal staffing company in Atlanta where she supervised attorneys in contract abstraction and case discovery processes and worked on cases involving healthcare, analysis of lease agreements, responses to government inquiries, and the review of contracts for due diligence reports.
